🎉 13 Annual Neighborhood Parties
Over 13 regional host gatherings throughout our neighborhoods each summer and fall. Meet neighbors, share potlucks, and strengthen local bonds.
🔥 Wildfire & Safety Preparedness
Working closely with Central County Fire (CCFD) to provide hands-on fire extinguisher trainings, evacuation route awareness, and brush clearing.
🌳 Sudden Oak Death Survey
Our 15th annual citizen-science study with UC Berkeley Forest Pathology to monitor, test, and protect our heritage oak canopy with group-rate treatments.
🏡 Resident Guide & Jurisdictions
Understand your service providers across City and County lines, building permits, and welcome information for new residents.
🌲 Tree Protection & Canopy
San Mateo County strict ordinance with penalties up to $10,000 for unpermitted cutting of Significant and Heritage trees, plus 300-ft neighbor notice.
🌱 Garden Club & Broom Eradication
Volunteer invasive species hunting along Skyline Blvd. Eradicating French Broom and Bermuda Buttercup to reduce fire fuel and restore native flora.
